Delivery in Australia
Shipping Options: Orders over $99 we offer FREE Express Shipping, which will automatically be applied at checkout. Orders under $99 - $8 for Australian Standard Post or $10 for Australian Express Post. Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email and text to receive live updates from Australia Post.
- Delivery Times: For metro Areas up to 2 - 5 business days and 5 - 10 business days for rural areas.
- Dispatch Time: Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.
The above delivery times are an estimate only and are dependent on Australia Post’s delivery schedule.
International post
- Shipping Options: A flat shipping fee of $20 applies to all international orders.
- Delivery Times: For International Shipping please allow 7 Business Days after dispatch.
- Dispatch Time: Online orders are processed Monday - Friday within 48hrs of being placed.
Please be aware that international orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
Additionally, customs clearance procedures may cause delays beyond the estimated delivery timeframe. Please take this into account when making your purchase.
Lost or Damaged items:
CHACHI is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed in transit due to the fault of Australia Post or other delivery carriers - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.
Pre - Order items:
Our most sought-after pieces often sell out quickly. Pre-order gives you early access to these high-demand styles, available in limited quantities and only while allocations last.
If you've purchased a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date is listed on the product page. You'll receive a separate email and text with tracking details once your pre-order has been dispatched.
Please note: If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be held until the pre-order item is available. Once all items are in stock, your order will be shipped together in a single delivery.
Pre-order items are not yet in stock but are available for advance purchase in limited runs. Payment is taken at the time of purchase, just like a regular order, and your item will be prioritized for dispatch as soon as it arrives.
