Vega takes its name from a star in the northern sky - from the Arabic 'Al Nasr al Waqi', "the swooping eagle", that once served as the North Star and guided travellers across cultures for thousands of years. Here it is rendered as a signet in 18k Gold Vermeil, an oval garnet cabochon bezel-set into a comfort-fit band; garnet has been worn since the Bronze Age as a talisman of passion, strength, and the fire held within. The ring belongs to ARCHĒ's IGNIS, the fire capsule.
